The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?
At Fetch Kids, we take extra care in packaging and delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by reaching out through our contact page or customer service. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process. We’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
What Is Your Return Period?
You can return items within 15 days of delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot process refunds or returns.

Personalized Products
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized or made-to-order items. These items are specially crafted just for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved (in cases such as damaged or defective items), it will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
