The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?

At Fetch Kids, we take extra care in packaging and delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by reaching out through our contact page or customer service. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process. We’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

What Is Your Return Period?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot process refunds or returns.
